GROUP BOOKING POLICY:
Please do not make multiple bookings under same name, same address and same credit card. All reservations must be booked by each individual family.
Please inform us of all other families in your party and we will try our best to keep your group as close together as possible.
15% discount for 30+ night stay at the campground - ask us about our seasonal rates
10 % discount for 7+ night stay at a cabin or a chalet
Payments: Can be made by cash, debit, E-transfer, Visa, Master Card
Guests are responsible for all days booked. We ask for a 50 % deposit with reservation and full payment is required upon check-in.
For campground more than 10 day before arrival we charge a $ 40 cancellation fee and after that we charge for the whole reservation.
For Cabins and Chalets more than 31 days before arrival we charge 30 %, after that till more than 10 days before arrival 50 % and after that we charge the whole reservation.
The resort is privately owned and we retain the right to refuse entry and to require the departure of anyone causing damage to the property or disturbance to others.
The management is not responsible for any accidents/injuries or for loss/damage of valuables.
Please help us keep the resort clean.

PARK RULES & POLICIES & GENERAL INFORMATION:
CARS, MOTOR HOMES and TRAILERS must not be washed on the resort grounds. There is a car wash at Interlakes Corner.
CAMPFIRES: Fires only allowed in the fire pits. Please use the fire pits that are provided. Due to fire regulations the fire rings cannot be moved. Make sure your fire is watered down when retiring for the night. Wood out of the forest is private and not for guests. Please do not collect.
CHILDREN: must be supervised at all times. Children must wear life jackets when on the docks at all times.
DOGS/CATS:Your pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Please clean up after your pet in all areas. It is the owner’s responsibility to make sure pets are not left unattended in cabins or campground at any time. Pets are not allowed in the Chalets, communal washrooms, shower facilities, laundry room or the office. Owners will be responsible for any damages caused by their pet. A $50.00 charge will be charged if rules regarding pets are not abided by.
GARBAGE: To burn garbage in the fire pits is not allowed. Put all your garbage in trash bags before putting it in the garbage bins which are provided and make sure to put your recycling in the recycling bins!
GENERATORS are not permitted
Visitors: Unregistered visitors must check in and out at the office and park in designated areas. Our facilities, (boat launch, showers, laundry room etc.) are for registered guests only. All visitors must depart by 10 pm.
MUSIC: As music is a very personal choice, stereos, boom boxes and televisions are to be used only inside your chalet, cabin or RV and the volume to be kept at such a level so as not to disturb other guests.
LIFEGUARD:There is no lifeguard on duty. All guests are responsible for their own safety.
QUIET TIME: 10:00 pm – 8:00 am. Boat launching, running of vehicles during these times is prohibited. No noisy motorcycles are permitted in the campground either by guests or visitors. Loud and annoying parties are not allowed at any time and guests must control their visitors.
RECYCLING: Please use the recycling containers provided at the washroom/laundry building.
SEADOOS/JET SKIS are not allowed.
SPEED LIMIT:In the campground is 5 miles per hour. Be aware of small children.
VISITOR HOURS are from 8 am until 10 pm
WOOD BUNDLES: can be purchased at the office - $7 per bundle.
Please leave chalets, cabins, campsites, facilities and grounds as you find them. Trash containers and recycle bins are provided. Do not hammer nails or staples in cabin walls or into trees. Climbing or cutting down trees or shrubs in campground is prohibited. Hot dog sticks can only be cut in wooded area up the hill beyond campground. Please DO NOT CUT DOWN TREES.
Due to COVID-19 our showers, washrooms and laundry facilities remain closed for all guests until further notice.
Guests of the Cabins will have access to a designated shower only.
RUSTIC CABINS: Dishes, cutlery, pots etc. are supplied. But due to COVID-19 please bring your own bedding & pillows.
CHALETS: Fully equipped but please bring your own bedding & pillows due to COVID-19 unless otherwise agreed with management.
